Therefore, it is not surprising that a much more reasonable solution is to use the services of developer companies.

The most popular sizes of developer houses are constantly changing. Some customers buy a house in order to live there for years, while others prefer to treat it as an investment and rent. According to the latest statistics, the number of houses to be rented is almost half of the developer houses. In such situations, small areas of about 30 square meters are more often chosen. In the case of people who want to live in such houses, the most popular are meters larger than 50 square meters.

House only with a balcony

According to developers, the balcony has become a standard without which we can no longer imagine home. All the more so when we don't have a garden or it's very small. Balcony is not only a place where we can relax, spend time in the open air with loved ones, but also we can develop our passions such as gardening or herbalism. More demanding customers also pay attention to the view from the balcony. Houses that are in close proximity to each other and adjacent to other buildings are sold much worse.

This is due not only to savings, but also to the general trend that indicates that customers are paying less and less attention to this aspect. It is less and less common for me to save space and give up my garage for the next room. This is mainly due to the fact that the society is getting rich, which means that it can afford better and better car models. Then we also care more about keeping them in the best possible condition, and as you know, nothing destroys the car more than idle standing on the driveway.
