Which land is best invested in?

It is generally accepted that investments in land cannot be lost in principle. However, it is worth considering which types of land are the most profitable in terms of investment.

Agricultural land in Poland is divided into classes I-VI. Class I-III includes the most fertile soils. They are protected by law. In order to be able to cultivate such soil, ministerial consent is required. Once we get it, we will have to pay a high tax, which will almost equal the price of building plots in a given area. Definitely class I-III should be left for agricultural crops and not be involved in the conversion of such land for construction purposes. However, we can be interested in soils classified as class IV-VI. These are much weaker soils and are not protected in terms of agricultural production. When purchasing land in such a class, we can easily decide to reclassify it or obtain appropriate building conditions. Thanks to this, we will be able to obtain land on which a house can be built. By re-growing the soil, you can increase the value of the soil by up to 20%. This is already a pretty good profit and a way to invest wisely possessed money.
