Appointment of a proxy - a profitable step?
Running your own business is certainly not an easy task. Sometimes so many different things fall on the entrepreneur's head at the same time that we simply cannot deal with them in a human way. In order to be able to do this, we would probably have to divide ourselves into several parts and be in several places at the same time. Sometimes we literally stand on our heads, meet a few contractors during one day, send dozens of shipments, spend half a day in the car on commuting to different places, and still we are not able to fully take care of everything. Then we fall into a kind of dangerous spiral, when the number of things "to do" is constantly growing, and we devote more and more time to them, which should be free time for us - and so we spend whole weeks working day by day, without a moment's rest.
Of course, in a slightly better situation are here entrepreneurs more developed activities, for a company with a few people. Then there is a clear division of responsibilities, and one person is not responsible for everything - all that needs to be done is to clearly establish who is responsible for the specific issues. But if someone carries out a single-person activity, then all such duties fall exclusively on his/her shoulders, what sometimes turns out to be a task just above human capabilities. It is worth remembering, however, that also in such "hopeless" situations there are many effective solutions.
One of the best proposals is then to appoint a proxy, which can make it much easier for us to run such a business. Prokura is a kind of institution, acting as a representative of a given company. The commercial proxy represents the entrepreneur in contacts with contractors and in many business matters. Such a representation has a very formal form, because we grant it appropriate rights on the basis of a previously written notarial deed. In a sense, it is also an activity, as it is entered in the business register. Such a proxy is therefore much more than just a sales representative. He has full right to represent the company in binding court cases or to conclude various types of agreements on its behalf, which may have a significant impact on the way it operates. The functioning of a commercial proxy is acceptable in many types of business activity - it may occur, among others, in capital companies.
It can be said that a proxy is a representative of a company with very broad powers, who can conclude a number of binding agreements and perform many legal actions on behalf of the company he represents. Therefore, it goes without saying that appointing such a person in your company is a very profitable solution. First of all, we immediately take off from our shoulders a whole lot of duties, which we were not able to deal with on our own before. In addition, the position of proxy is usually taken up by people with high qualifications in specific areas, who will be able to move much better in specific sectors than we are. Larger companies, which have automatically higher requirements in this respect, establish even a few proxies - each to deal with separate fields. Thanks to this, every company can operate much more efficiently.
